I'm not against Rhule coming back, but for the love of God please get a real OC in here. The defense is fine(For now) and I'll give Snow another year, but we really need a experienced OC.

An offseason dedicated to building the o-line (see Chiefs/Bucs/Raiders/Chargers over the last 4 years in single offseasons) could allow us to see a completely different team.

The problem with that is, who do you hand it over to 5 games in? They are mostly Rhule's college cronies except Blackburn and he's only been coaching for like 3 years.

my assumption is Al Holcomb or whatever senior advisor/assistant HC/Offensive coordinator we hire this offseason. Its going to be an itntentional hire.

Theres just no way. Coaching is horrendous and personnel/talent evaluation skills are even worse. Scary. Just bring in a new guy, warn the fans we are going to fix the line/offense and suck for a year, but we would have have a QB for over a decade.
