“FIRE MATT RHULE” chants at Bank of America Stadium. I hope Tepper was listening.

From Article “Buccaneers thrash Panthers to clinch NFC South”:

Reporters in the press box passed along word of “Fire Matt Rhule” chants at Bank of America Stadium as the Panthers’ fifth-straight loss wound down. Finding a way to show some promise in the final two weeks would help ensure that doesn’t happen, but more days like this could lead to change of plans for Carolina.

Rhule is in the presser saying the boos were for Sam. What a joke. It's not Sams fault he was traded for and forced to start, pretty sure the boos are directed mainly at Rhule

This situation is entirely of Matt Rhule's own making.

If Matt thinks those boos for Sam weren't also directed at him, he's delusional.

Lol Rhule wouldn’t take blame for anything. He can’t even accept that people were calling for him to be fired.

If he didn’t hear them loud and clear. Holy poo. I’ll give him lying to the media do he doesn’t have to deal with it publicly. But if he believes people were booing Darnold he should probably go get a mental health evaluation.

    • I find it more like now that I have been forced to watch Young so much it isn’t as much of a shock to my senses.   Desensitized they call it.   For real, it just looks normal almost now. Where the first game of 2023 I wasn’t sure what I was looking at it was so out of bounds for NFL type play. I literally couldn’t make sense of what I had seen vs Atlanta that first week.
    • Lynch in SF. Great is subjective but he has done pretty well there.
    • Sure, except Stroud has the ability to stretch the field with deep passes. He did that often last night with ease, but couldn’t connect on many due to being flustered by the defense. BY9 gets flustered and can’t throw screens, let alone even think about any deeper passes. Stroud would’ve changed the franchise and done more with the situation last year. My thought at least.    the hope is that last year showed tepper that he needed to step back from football decisions. There’s a positive in most situations and maybe we’ll see a new tepper in the near future.
