Brady Christensen just had the best game at LT of any Panther this season.

It’s true but the oddest thing about this is he played lots of freshmen in college.  One of his trademarks was starting the under classmen over seniors.

Rhule's ego gets in the way.  No way his FA and vets could be getting burnt.  He treats rookies like college teams did back in the old days.  Freshman can't play the first year. 

I agree.

The reason I say that we might have our LT is not because he is as good as Gross--it is because he is improving and has the athleticism.  Add another year of strength conditioning and experience, We can focus on interior OL--to me the bigger need.   Christensen is a decent LT and should have been left there all season to develop.

He did not play poorly today, all things considered.

(This not to respond to you--to all who think they understand OL development.  I saw smarts, good feet, etc.  Once he lunged and Barrett ate his lunch--another time he fell--but for the most part, he was solid.  I should add that most teams attack us in A and B gaps, however--the quickest path to the QB.

BC Did NOT give up a sack.  He gave up 5 pressures (too many) but considering the circumstances, about what he should do when playing G all season.  According to PFF:

Rookies are going to get burnt by players like Barrett especially when he's only started a game or two at LT.  Furthermore our interior line is terrible so our running game is terrible too.  So now we're playing to their strengths. 

I just think we need to get a real O-line coach.  

Does anyone know how good the Giants line was the years Rhule was O-line coach.

Good Stuff.  Tecklenburg numbers look ok.  He's another player that's young and inexperienced.  Considering the skill level how did he look?  Does he have the opportunity to develop into a starter?
