Tepper is in over his head. He has no idea what to even look for in a coach. He got tricked by Rhule's salesmanship into a 7 year contract on the promise that things would gradually improve and here we are.

Even if he's tricked, he still has the money. He is already paying for his mistakes with the QB's. Well, do the same for the coaches. Clearly Money isn't the issue. USE that damn money to get the right people.
