leftovers it is today, but good ones.  Smoked a rib roast for Christmas, so I'll have a hunk of beef with collards and field peas with rice.

What ever the Cart Girl is serving  on the course  ..  Holiday crew working , so it may be a pack of cheese & peanut butter nabs  during the game.

Panther burgers after the game  and a Saint Pauli Girl Beer .  You never forget your first girl,, Saint Pauli Girl .

We have lots of leftovers. Biscuits and gravy, ham, wings, deviled eggs, pea salad, veggies and hummus, nuts and bolts, cookies, cheesecake.
