I'd suggest you go back about ten years or so and research everything as thoroughly as possible.

Fans were tired of a Rivera coached team that was only playoff potential and lacking the top end championship coaching for the SB. So, they latched on to hope. Nothing more hopeful than the possibility of a rising star from the college ranks.

Reality is there was nothing better than Rivera available.

 

Gettleman wanting Rhule should have been a red flag to stay away.

Ok. We can start from right now going back. Let’s discuss Sam Darnolds 5th year option you defended many times. While using the argument that professionals made these decisions and shouldn’t be questioned. This after you spent half of a decade bashing everything Hurney/Rivera did(as did I). So it’s ok to question things if you agree, but not if don’t? If you can explain this sort of hypocritical thinking, we can move on to the next item on a long list.

When Rivera was replaced by Rhule, this is what I expected. No leadership and a college playbook with a gaslighting coach. The outcome does not surprise me, and I still watch on with hope that he will eventually figure things out to get to Rivera's level before 6 years in the NFL as a HC.

I opened wondering if I commented, and if I did would it be embarrassing. My comment on pg 3 actually looks pretty spot on.
