Who here believes the current NFL allows a team more than 2 to 4 years to turn a team around?

If you do, you will never have a winning team until the CBA reverts back to football operations pre 90s... aka never.

Coaches, GMs, and owners who think this way always lose the necessary advantage of attracting free agent talent and retaining key drafted players after their rookie contract is up.

I'm just truly disappointing that this fugwit Rhule is somehow worse than the lazy versions of Fox and Rivera.

When John and Ron actually cared they were actually pretty decent coaches.

When they didn't...Jesus.

Rhule is either too arrogant or incompetent to accept his own failures and I'm not sure which is worse.  

And make no mistake, in spite of the "it takes three years" mantra, he has absolutely failed.
