Just take a look at Campbell's profile. He's improved each year. Theres not many QBs in the NFL that show increase in performance year after year besides the great ones that are already at their full potential. And look at who's around him on his team! I think Campbell is almost at his full potential and we should grab him while he's still getting there.

As far as Campbell, I really do think he is a good QB but I agree that he's sort of been thrown into this clusterf*** of changes that come from Dan Snyder and his front office. Changing your ways and flipping your system all the time isn't good for anybody, especially the QB.

BUT IMO, he is a good QB. Give him a decent line, some time it the pocket --- he'd be great. I honestly believe that. If he would fine line protection with Carolina??? MAYBE! Jake has decent time to throw, sometimes.
