Offensive-minded, proven winner, and backed up the legend Brett Favre back in the day. He is also not scared to tank when necessary. He’s got my vote

When his assistant coaches kept getting poached by other teams, he kept promoting from within as his team got worse and worse.  He does have a ring though, which is more than can be said for the current circus in town.  Plus he doesn’t coach scared.   I’d love Nathaniel Hackett, personally

Pederson is solid, I think he’s probably learned from mistakes. The issue is, he’ll have options. Right now he’d take Jacksonville over us because they have a QB.

I think Hackett is our best bet.

Promoting from within probably happens at every organization. Rivera did it. Not necessarily a good thing though
