Wouldn't surprise me.  I didnt see it, but only thing I can think of that would give him any right to do so was if that was an RPO and Cam had an option to run it, because the pass part was doomed before that ball was even snapped.

Could’ve done a read option, quick slant, zone sit pass…he’ll even a classic ISO

but Rhule calls a bubble screen to the nfl leader in drops when Buffalo in position to perfectly defend exactly that
