Props to Waddell for signing quality depth and drafting well. Drury, Pots, Noesen, Smith, and Leivo are fitting right in.

Youngsters are working. Leivo and Potulraski are getting it done. 

Drury goes without saying.

And KK will earn his center spot on the 2nd line when Aho comes back. He could be Vinny's replacement if the Canes can't re-sign him.

The backup goalie for the Kings plays for the Greenville (SC) Swamp Rabbits of the ECHL. Their #2 is out with COVID.

Fun fact: swamp rabbits are also known as "cane-cutters."

The one thing I learned from the Panthers 15-1 season is to make sure you enjoy every moment of a special season as good times don’t last.

Really really enjoying this team and organization this year, fun times

That's the thing. We've been on this trend for a few years now. This is unlike 15-1 because that was sort of out of nowhere. This team started trending and has steadily improved to this point through player development and really, really, REALLY fuging smart roster moves.

But your point is taken, this is the most fun we've had aside from the year of the birth of the Storm Surge. This team is wide open and should be scaring teams come April.
