While Snow has surpassed expectations, I think we need to allow a potential new head coach to bring in his own.  If that coach interviews Snow and decides that's who he wants, ok, I guess.  I'd still like to see more NFL experience on the roster, especially when it comes to coordinators.

Solid? How's our oline looking? We kept trading back and passed on players of need with more talent. It was an awful draft in my opinion.

People were drooling over this and last years draft and we have really gotten one guy in Chinn that they are trying to hide to make their other picks not look so bad.

Who really wants to keep Snow? He looks like a genius until teams figure out what he’s doing then he looks like just another college coach.
