You mean do the rebuild right this time. Acquire draft assets and cap space this off-season, maybe win four games in 2022 and be ready with multiple picks and cap room in 23.

reddick is the same player as burns and will be more expensive. Reddick has absolutely gone into merchant mode and is overpursuing everything to try to get a sack. 

A tag and trade could make sense but you'd need a team that feels like they're just one pass rush specialist away from competing. And even then you're not getting as much as you think you will; you're probably only going to get a third rounder for him.

Honestly might make just as much sense to let him walk and play the comp pick roulette.
