What about them?  This virus is never leaving the planet...we cannot hide from it forever and things like this are going to happen over and over and over again. Even folks that have gotten the shot can get and spread the virus. What are we supposed to do, hide in the closet?

This is why it's so important to be fully vaxed and wear masks. Hopefully new mask mandates will happen in sports to slow the spread.

I fully expect mask mandates in NC by the end of February. Then a booster should do it until next year.

Exactly, it's brand new and probably going to kill more than Delta. Honestly masks should be the new norm and we probably will need a booster every year to slow the spread.
