One thing I've noticed about the best QB's in the League....

If you look at Manning, Brees, Farve, Brady, they all can be found doing the same thing after a drive. If you look, as soon as they hit the sideline, no matter if it was a TD drive or a 3 and out, they are on the sideline looking at the "Film Slips".

Watch the idiot QB's (Im sure this doesnt apply across the board though)

Most of them can be found on the sidelines BS'ing with their teammates or watching the game.

Its interesting to see the best in the game remain studious, and always trying to find a way to exploit the defense.

just a little observation... thats all..

It depends on how much leeway they have in the play calling. The ones you mention are given a lot more freedom to change plays than most.

PS: Somehting tells me that this could turn into another chicken/egg discussion

i guess- but EVERY QB should want to see what type of defensive look they get in certain positions...

You know what else these guys do well, sell a play action pass like it's nobody's business. I mean they really get the ball tucked into the runners gut and fool a defense. Ever watch jake do it? Ummm yeah, 2 yards away and a weak attempt of faking the hand off.

I hate Jake D as our QB. I'm sure he's a great person but I can't stand him as our QB anymore.
