probably Rhule's agent throwing his name out there trying to hype up Rhule.  Rhule probably wants his name out there.  Doesn't mean OU is the one putting it out there. 

I mean, Venables is an easy call over Rhule if you are OU.  Rhule isn't going to excite the OU alumni and fans.   Frankly, that is too big of a job to bring in Matt Rhule (given where Rhule finds himself....in the process of failing miserably in the NFL after being an okay low tier college coach).
