Quick game recap?

Due to other obligations, was only able to watch the first Dolphins drive (YAY, WE STOPPED 'EM!) and our first offensive drive (blocked punt TD).  Saw at one point we were tied 7-7, then couldn't check in until the game was over.  Based on the post-game threads, I'll assume my pre-season bets on the Panthers to win the division, the conference, and the SB are no longer worth cheering for?

Can someone provide some quick bullets of how bad the Miami game really was? Any phenomenal plays on our side? What were the key moments that doomed us?

We couldn't block anything. We consistently ran the ball into fronts with 9 guys on the LOS. When we did get passes off about half of them were tipped at the LOS from the pressure. We made Tua look like prime Drew Brees and their D look like the '85 Bears.

We would literally lose to the winless Lions at this point.

They beat us in all three phases of the game.

When they got done having their way with Cam, Rhule gave them PJ and they started all over again.

We had, I think, one starting quality player out. It looked like our third stringers in a pre-season game.

We were outcoached by a team that was seriously looking to fire their head coach and ditch their first round draft pick guy. We made those two look like geniuses.

It was embarrassing.

    • he has barely suited up for 50% of our games.  It matters pending how much of our cap and resources go that way.  If he cost in the ballpark of a Surtain? No thank you.  Let someone else  And as far we know what happens when we let talent walk away or trade them…..that’s a mixed bag.   should we of paid Norman, Bradberry at CB? They probably had earned the right to be called better than Horn at that moment of the decision.  Do we regret that? Do we regret Star walking? Can take it back to Spoon.  Flip side is probably Peppers.
    • We need to get better in the redzone. And yes that is an issue that involves all the moving parts. Oline receivers QB and playcalling. But Bryce himself has to lead the charge on that or surely we could face another blowout in one of these upcoming games. Every team no matter how good they are is going to face an opponent that imposes their will on them and requires the same in response. Those are the games where we have got to capitalize on drives. Honestly I get the sense that the Chiefs on some level overlooked us.  So while I am pleased we were as competitive as we were it certainly remains to be seen if this was the beginning for something new or just an anomaly. I think that's a perfectly fair take at this juncture.
    • He is a diva, even with Baltimore winning, he will cry and pout and ask to be traded. He cares about his numbers and stats for his next contract. Ironically, his best chance to showcase his ability was with us, now he is just an afterthought.
