Co-sign. College motivation and used car salesman tricks don't work in the NFL.  The only reason it's worked this "well" is probably due to the Baylor/Temple connections and being young as poo.  The guys have figured out our coaches are garbage.  Get somebody respectable in ASAP.

Rhule was a Tepper hire, come on. 

 

I'd be down with Tepper backing the fug off and giving Fitterer 100% control over all football decisions and hiring a head coach. But Tepper doesn't operate that way and he'll be making the final decision on the coaching staff.

I like Kellen Moore or Matt Eberflus. Indianapolis has one of the best coached teams in the NFL. Anyone who has worked with Frank Reich has learned a thing or two.

Gotta move on. Rhule is not NFL material. Tepper waited way too long to cut from Rivera. Don’t make that mistake again.
