Would you rather have Delhomme or Fox?

Just curious. Those two are the most debated problem with the Panthers.

Personally, I say offer Fox his job and get rid of the QB. Give Fox with another QB and it might open up his perspective since he is so used of Delhomme he is narrowing his options, mostly because he has to. How likely would it be that something like this would happen?

Something is going to happen...however I don't think a new QB and a new HC is going to happen...I believe one of these guys is going to be back next year, but at the same time I believe one of them isn't which one do you think is more likley?

Fox by far. We just need another QB. Fox/Hurney have built one of the more talented teams in the league, they just lack the talent where they need it most, at QB. Jake's accuracy is just too far gone now. Whether they anticipated that or not is another story. But no doubt in my mind if we had a top 15 QB we'd be unstoppable. Hell if Jake still had an arm we probably be 7-3, 8-2.

Fox

Delhommes problems are beyond repair

At least we know Fox has it in him somewhere to recover and lead us back

At this point I would rather have a new coach. Im tired of doing well in soft schedule seasons and disappointing in tough seasons.

SOunds like the coach cant get his team prepared against hard teams/schedules.

and the 3-1 thing KILLS ME-- how about 4-0 ....

    • You talk about keeping the shtshow alive and well in Pantherland just bring in Prime and Shedeur....
    • Elite QBs are made and need a team to work around them or you end up with a Phillip Rivers situation, at best.  Sometimes the QB is just the missing piece, or the QB finds the other factors that lift their game. You couldn't ask for a better example of both of those situations than looking at the Stafford/Goff trade between LA and Detroit. Send either of those two guys to Carolina or Cleveland and they just flop around on the turf near the 35 yard line, game after game. And as to the Texans and Commanders... those are two well coached and well-built teams. Massive turnarounds in each location, a lot of buy in by players and grabbing solid performers where they could. They got their QBs, but they also put them in the right environment. You claim I'm a 1990s football guy, I claim you're basing your evaluation more on Madden and fantasy football.
