This game had more people returning to play in Charlotte than a Carowinds back-up band reunion.

Yea it was made all about Cam but WFT had many more ex players than we did coming back so they had even more fire at all different levels of the team with different cliques within the locker-room trying to 'win one for their gipper'

We had our defense lookin like they didn't want Cam to get no shine.

Fug him!

BUT...That's actually pretty damn funny. Top notch trolling, several of our users could take notes.

I don't think it took a lot of creativity or effort to post the same words Cam used. Also, all he did was make a couple chip-shots, which I guess is an accomplishment bc the goalposts could've been 40 yards wide when he was here and he'd have still missed.

lol dude you kicked a couple short FGs and some extra points. you did your job whoop dee doo. you didn't do anything special to earn the right to be trolling.

Idk if anyone noticed, but on one play Rivera took a delay of game and punted instead of letting Joey Slye attempt a 50 yd. field goal. Even though he has a 56 yarder on his resume. They even showed Slye frustrated like he didn't have his coaches trust. It was funny, but I guess he had the last laugh.

    • he averaged 2 yards in YAC per reception last year.  He can't generate quick separation.  He was debating retirement last year.    Yet we championing him as some great option.  AT is a savvy vet we force feed the ball too......on a team starved for basic offense the last couple seasons.  We overrated AT.  Which is why some freak when people like JT on his podcast point out the painfully obvious about him.
    • The Athletic has us ranked 28th on their post-draft power rankings, mainly due to us picking T-Mc instead of defense in round 1. They recognize we needed WR help, but... https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6317651/2025/04/29/nfl-power-rankings-post-draft-rookies-eagles-chiefs-bills/
    • I mean, he is a slot technician.  That's what he does.  So, in a good offense, you would be trotting him out there on 3rd downs and situationally.....to not take what they give him but to move chains.  It's a niche.  AT hasn't threatened defenses in years.  Last time we saw Renfrow on the field he averaged..... 6 yards YAC per catch.  Adam Thielen last year averaged....2 yards in YAC per catch last year.  I still contend in reality, AT isn't a slot WR.  Not in reality.  He is an aging rec TE.  And those aren't the same thing.  AT simply can't generate quick separation or provide YAC.
