Rivera played Rhule again

Last year, Ron handed us a win with Dwayne Haskins at QB to fug up our draft position. This year he uses Taylor “Brett Favre 2.0” Henieken and Joe fuging Blow at RB to embarrass this defense and ruin Cam’s return. Rivera owns Rhule whether Rhule knows it or not

Because in the end, Rivera knows what pro players look like and how to motivate them. Rhule knows how to recruit and motivate tier 3 college talent.

Yesterday was my first “Rhule might be in over his head” moment. I know many people have been saying it for a while, I was just holding out hope they were all wrong. Unfortunately, I don’t think they are. Yesterday was a complete embarrassment and the last 4 minutes of the game was amateur hour.

He definitely was like that is a pretty disciplined defense except for Jermaine Carter and Donte Jackson. And they preceded to throw at or over both all game long! It definitely looked like the hot new shiny league college guy with a better team versus a two time league coach of the year!

Yea I can't get with this reasoning. 

Rivera and Washington were fighting for the division and a playoff spot last season when we beat them. I doubt he was too concerned about where Carolina was going to be drafting.

Ron had the size advantage on our D. That’s it. It had nothing to do with better scheming or anything like that.

His offense was much better than our defense.

His special teams play was better than our special teams.

They beat us in all three phases of the game. His team was depleted by injuries to stars and starters, ours wasn't. We had Cam Newton at QB, they had the guy who was a third stringer behind Cam a few years back. 

Ron Rivera beat us, in front of our home crowd, on a day when everyone was up, when Cam came back as Superman and when we needed the win and he didn't. Not saying Rivera is a great coach, but he is a pro-level coach and Rhule has shown little to no sign that he ever will be one.

Wow.

We lost by less than a touchdown with a guy at QB that has been with us for a week.

They’ve had their QB for two years.

We would have won if our D line was a little bigger physically so we could stop the run.

You know Ron was 8-18 his first two seasons here. And that was with Cam.

He’s pro level because Richardson gave him the time to become pro-level.
