Getting their ass chewed out is one thing, but how about you put the right personnel in the game according to down and distance. We repeatedly got gashed yesterday due to mismatched personnel. NFL is a repeat league. Expect to see this again. I hope Snow at least mixes and matches DT’s with DE’s to try to slow the run, instead of watching his DT’s get pancaked every play when we thought it was a pass. It’s ridiculous, and shows just how inexperienced our coaching staff is to situational football. We are clueless, we can draw it up but can not adjust. Any team that repeats WFT’s blueprint will beat us. Pass on D Jax and run over D Brown with constant double teams and pancakes.

We *must* stop opponents from running on us.  Burns and Reddick are fantastic at getting after the passer, but someone has got to be stout against the run.

Our defense is built just like the Manning Colts defense.  Smaller.  Faster.  Built to play with a lead, built to play with time of possession in their favor.  When teams run power at us, we don't have an answer.  Cowboys did it - predictably mind you.  Washington now did it - also predictably.

This team is playing with house money and are playing the spoiler roll this season and nothing more.  This team is not ready to compete in the playoffs just yet. If they somehow make it in it will be more an indication of how bad the competition is than how good we are.  Sorry but it's the truth.

I don't blame Rhule for getting QB wrong.  That's not true.  It is his fault, technically he's to blame.  Best to say I don't begrudge him getting it wrong.  It happens all over the league.

I think Cam has shown his value already.  He's not 2015 Cam, but he's an NFL QB.  I think he'll be here next year.  Given an entire offseason with the team, I think he can be an EXTREMELY effective QB for us.

My real concern is what we do about Joe Brady.  We  need to bring in someone to help him.  It's either that or get rid of him entirely.  Our offense, despite it's deficiencies, should be more effective.  There are some design problems.  There are some situational play calling problems.  All of that falls on Brady.

Our best player in stopping the run, Shaq Thompson, and our second best player in stopping the run, Jeremy Chinn, were out there trying to help cover deficiencies in the secondary. Every passing play in the game was designed to keep both of those guys back five more yards on the following play.

Our college coaches had the game dictated to them by Rivera, Turner and Del Rio. The ass whipping we received was real. And it was from a team that is supposed to be nowhere near as far along in the rebuild as we are.

That says a lot about our coaches here.

I think our schedule this year has been demonstrably easier than last year thus far.  Even with some deficiencies we should be sitting at 7-4 right now at worst.

With 6 losses already, every game is starting to rapidly become a must win especially with so many of the other wild card contenders holding tie breakers over us. If we end up tied we're probably gonna lose out. We may only be able to afford one more loss. Two at absolute most and that would be very iffy.

Our coaches made some mistakes for sure.

To me, I thought the biggest mistake we made was going for it on fourth at our own 32.  If we punt that away and get a stop, we're now only down 3 and probably have about the same amount of clock left.  If you really believe in your defense, you put them on the field and tell them to get the stop.

There was absolutely no reason to believe in the defense at that point in time. Four hand offs and they'd be back at the 32 with less time on the clock.

They tried to stop them all game but couldn't.  What makes you think they could stop them that time?  The only choice they had was to try to keep the ball and score.  The game hinged on them converting that 4th down whether Rhule wanted to go for it or not.

Haven't stopped them all game including the fumble where they were about to score unless the guy fumbled it which he did. They were still murked that whole drive too though. Going for it was the right call, another play call where a DB is instantly on our routes isn't though and also CMC didn't get enough depth for the first down so a large portion of that is on him. CMC being a HoF talent doesn't deny that fact.
