I remember talking up Chinn and everyone was riding Simmon's/Clemson's jock.  "Who is this this FCS Illinois State no-name kid?" "You can't go against the Blue-Blood Clemson guy."  Blah, Blah, blah.  We made the right damn choice x 2.  Brown over Simmons and Chinn to fill that void a round later. 

And for those still saying the 2021 draft was better than the 2020 drafts is smoking some dank-arse Jamcaican weed.  PASS IT!

I have always thought Reddick and Simmons were pretty much carbon copies of each other, and perhaps Simmons was drafted to either replace Reddick or be whatever it was they couldn't get Reddick to be before his breakout year there.

Honestly what was more concerning was how CMC absolutely torched him in the passing game. CMC got separation of 5 yards every time Simmons was supposed to cover him. For a guy that is already a safety/linebacker tweener, you should at least be able to cover. And he looked awful.
