“First of all we played like crap with a bunch of starters hurt! Second thing is Carolina will be in the playoff hunt book it they are not as bad as people though Darnold just sucked! Signing Cam and their defense makes them a threat to every team every week. That defense is fast and nasty. Let everyone think we are done now it’s funny even the announcers acted as though we were fielding our regular team out there today! It’s like they didn’t want to mention we are missing BIG TIME KEY PLAYERS.”

“On losing the bye:  I’d travel Siberia as long as we don’t have to play the Panthers”

“People just didnt believe the Panthers defensive hype was for real. It is. Sam Darnold was just too much of a disaster for them to overcome.”

“So what I take from this game is that next year we should let Chandler Jones walk and use all his money to sign Reddick.”

This was an EMBARRASSING loss, only highlight is that it ended.
1. Cam Newton was unemployed 5 weeks, comes in and scores 2 TD's
2. Gave up 325 yards of total offense and still lose by 24.
3. Reddick giving Keim an up close look of the huge mistake he made letting him go.
4. Colt McCoy is not a capable back up, SF defense is REALLY bad”

and we booted them in the playoffs the year before that too

I believe that game is still the NFL record for least yards allowed by a defense in the playoffs. I know Palmer was hurt that game but we still just absolutely dominated those fugers

    • The problem with drafting a DE/EDGE high in the 1st is the bust factor.  That position group busts at a scary rate.  We HAVE to hit our first 3 rounds.  Cant take chances on tweeners or potential guys.
    • Man folks right on this site said Deion was gonna follow his son to the nfl and have a big impact on his draft stock with his interference and yet we have seen no such thing. He just signed an extension to stay in Colorado for the foreseeable future. The only thing we have seen is so called experts try to tank shedeurs stock with false accusations and rumors and deion just had to step in and shut it down. This why you have to stop listening to what certain people say. Too much hate and emotion in most opinions.
    • That's sound logic! I think we could make a case for a few players. I know its not popular  with a few but Warren gives to the  identity we want. Tremble is mostly a blocker. Sanders flashed late but mostly a receiving  threat at the moment. Warren is an automatic 1st down, run blocks, runs the ball and can even line up and throw it. To me he is if you took the Taysom Hill and actually could play tight end too. I just think looking at Goedert, Kelce,  Laporta, Hoeckenson, Baltimore Tight ends, Knox and Kindcaid and etc... all the  last few teams had stellar Tight end play. Warren allows you to be unpredictable  on offense bc he is equally good at being a target, as he is a blocker. Don't want to run Bryce on a qb sneak, plug Warren in with the threat to pass. I would be happy with him, Walker or a few others. As long as the player isn't riding the bench year 1.
