Cam = $6m for 1/2 season

Teddy = $31m + 3rd (potential comp pick lost out on) for 1 season

Sam = $23.6m+2nd+4th+6th for 1 or 2 seasons

Cam could be the worst QB in the league and his contract is still exponentially better.

It's a good deal. The Cam I know will at least live up to his contract. 

On an off note, I guess we had to waste money on Bridgewater and Darnold to get back to Cam. I know it wasn't the only way, but dealing with our FO...it was the only way.

I agree, at a high level its pretty wild. However, usually franchises sit and wait while going through the poo. Our FO keeps on swinging. The situation is what it is, and long term impact is minimal... but I am not going to sit here and rip on our FO, because the bottom line is that they realize the decision isnt going to yield they results they hoped, so they pivoted. You dont see that kind of agility from NFL franchises typically.
