Yeah let’s learn from history. Look at Cam’s history which includes a league MVP and Super Bowl appearance, now look at Darnold’s which includes constantly being in the bottom in QB performance. Moving on from a QB that has proven he can play in this league is a lot different than moving on from one who was proven he can’t. I’m not saying this version of Cam will answer any of our problems, but Darnold is certainly not the answer.

Just so we're all clear. Sam Darnold, by most metrics, was the worst quarterback in the NFL through his first three seasons. Statistically he's only deteriorated even more throughout the current season.

He's not worth a roster spot.

We won’t get anything for Sam in a trade. Best thing might be to let him sit behind Cam and see if he can learn a thing or two.
