I'm so excited.

I was ready to not watch the game this weekend. I had plans all set up at the same time as the game this weekend. Now I'm trying to get out of them so I can watch Cam play again.

Why? Because the QB's this team have had after him SUCK DONKEY BALLS. This team is MISERABLE without a leader like Cam.

Even if Cam isn't even as good as he was in 2015, or even 2017, or even 2019, he's still at 32 years old WAY better than Teddy Asswater and Sam Dogpiss. Those guys can't even hold Cam's jock strap.

This team is going to look much different with him on the field. Even if he isn't good! Why? Because the players on the team respect Cam. Every player will try harder with him on the field. He is a winner. When the team got down against the Giants and gave up, I knew Darnold was done. No one on that team believed he could bring them back. With Cam on the team, there is hope.

Watch Robby Anderson start catching balls again. Watch CMC suddenly be healthy the rest of the season. Watch the red zone offense suddenly start working.

We might not win many more games with Cam. But there's hope. Something we'd lost with such a miserable set of QBs this idiot franchise replaced Cam with.

I'm 100% more interested in Panther's football but my excitement is tempered. 

I don't know what shape Cam is in, I don't know how he will mesh with Brady and I don't know if I can stop laughing at how fun this will be regardless of any of the first two. 

Let's take a breath and see what Cam can do, then we can tear the walls down and drink for fun and not sadness.

Both sports and life without hope lose their meaning.

I have no idea how this will play out in terms of winning or losing, but just like you, I was ready to tune out not b/c I don't love the team, but b/c there no hope and I was getting tired of getting my soul crushed every week.

My 10-year old son has never seen Cam get introduced and/or play live.  Along with the accompanying excitement he brings to the stadium.  Sitting at BOA watching a nonexistent offense surrounded by enough opposing fans that it feels like an away game has been horrific.

Just like Tepper, I want to see back-to-back winning seasons and a SB win.

But for right now, I will take this and nothing else.  I too am surprised by just how excited I am... hope can do wonders for the human soul.
