It's perfectly clear now what we already knew.

It takes a generational talent at OC to rehab QBs and most don't because they know most can't be rehabed. Darnald is damaged goods and he isn't a viable QB. Neither is PJ Walker and Joe Brady/Rhule having zero backup plan is even worse. Hurney put this whole staff in motion and the eye test isn't happening. They are flaming out and that's why there is so much tension in the building. Tepper knows it was a huge mistake hiring a college HC but now he's faced with two choices. Fire and start over Again or allow it to play out and possibly flame out in a dramatic way.

But there's hope...

One of the biggest improvements this team could make moving forward is hiring a NFL experienced OC. Rhule can motivate and manage but let the hire do what is best for the offense. I can't say how bad we need NFL experience and we need it fast. Snow has surprisingly put together a good defense that will get better. Now we need a OC who can come in and run a ball control offense until we can find a franchise QB. Brady will always put the ball in the wrong hands. Day in and day out that's how it's been. He needs to go for that exact reason. He has made way too many mistakes to even warrant a third year. It's time to say goodbye.
