If Sam can't go, I would much rather see what Morgan has than roll with PJ.  I have frankly seen enough to know he's terrible.  

Does anyone know if Morgan is getting any real reps this week?

Try anyone at this point. Wildcat, any QB sitting on a practice squad...as long as they can hand it off and running ability is a big plus.

I am going to agree with OP. You'd have the think that Rhule will have PJ on a shortleash. Especially with how much he has emphasized protecting the ball this weekend.

Or the Josh Love kid, but I don't think he will have enough time to be ready so I agree roll out James Morgan and make us believers. Let's hope for a Mike White story lol

I don’t want PJ to play either but u better get ready he will be starting if Darnold is out. Damn Rhule already came out and said that him and teammates have faith in him. Might as well get ready for an L.

Well we DID win a game last year that PJ started 20-0, so its not like its impossible for him to win us a ballgame.

We kept PJ as a back up, lets just use him as such.  We didn't go through last season and this year training camp to dump him now.  We knew he was the back up when we released Will Grier.  If PJ is on the roster and we paying him, then we are playing him!

Was a 4th round pick last year. Was pretty good at FIU. Has been on the practice squad since Week 1. Didn’t do bad during the Jets preseason. 2 TDs no INTs and 60% comp I think
