I don't see how they can get any clarity until his legal stuff is done. I don't think he gets traded before Tuesday

That makes no sense. Clarity from whom? There seem to be no indications that the legal troubles are anywhere close to being over. Tepper may have to help with some payouts if he wants his QB.
