Channel 64 is showing it in Charlotte per the Observer.

Not true if you live within 70 miles of the city the team plays in they show it on regular tv.

I stand corrected. Maybe I just assumed because they never show the Raiders locally where I live. But then, they are blacked out 8 games out of the year so that may be why I always assumed that.

Is Time Warner a contract company? Can't you just order the tier with NFLN and then cancel it tomorrow?
