2021-2022 Games Thread

This just isn't a playoff contender. Talent is there but too many streaky players we are trying to build around. Melo and Miles are the two moving forward from there you assess everything else.

Getting nothing from the bench and next to nothing from most of the starters just won't get it done. The 76ers being hot from 3 is just the icing on the cake for them.

If you care about the + and -, PJ is doing the best for the Hornet's starters at -6. Ball is -31 and everyone else is -25.

The Knicks are hanging with the Cavs right now. Should the Knicks find a way to win then we might be able to catch Cleveland.

We might be at the point where we want to pull for Brooklyn and hope that Atlanta and Cleveland loses every other game.

One thing to note, if Brooklyn beats Atlanta tonight then we will be in 10th momentarily as Atlanta has the tiebreaker over us due to divisional record.

The Cavs play the 76ers tonight.

Both the Nets and Hornets are locked in to the Play In round. Seems almost pointless to gut out the rest of the season. Rest up and give it your all in the PI. Hawks and Cavs can bust their butts to try and get the 6th seed. And if I were Miami, Chicago, Bucks, or Philly I wouldn't go hard either. Rest up.

We better gut it out because I don’t feel confident about beating Brooklyn again.

If we can somehow win these next four our even three of the next four then we might sneak back into ninth.

Ugh. Miami seems to always have the Hornets' number when they need a win. Butler always seems to play well against the team too.
