I feel bad for Sam

O-line everyday- ass

Wide receivers yesterday- ass

Joe Brady - ass

Joe Brady is lazy as hell and it showed in how unprepared and lethargic our offense as a whole looked yesterday. Wasn't he supposed to escape the hell hole that is the Jets by coming here with all of our talent and excellent coaching schemes? Sam showed resilience on that last drive and led us to a game-tying TD, something Teddy repeatedly failed to do. I'm not hopping off the Darnold train yet.

Sam Darnold was also complete ass yesterday. There is no reason to laud him as some sort of "above it all" savior. He has turned the ball over 7 times in a three game span. 

He, much like the bulk of the team on Sunday, poo the bed.

I feel bad for myself. Spending money and time to go watch Sam throw interception every Sunday.

No mention of the first play of the game huh? Also no mention of the fact our special teams scored as many points as his offense through 3 full quarters? Hey great final drive but maybe try doing more than throwing picks and fumbling the ball for most of the game next time. We play like trash at home. If we are going to feel bad for anyone it should be the fans who sat through that game.

They're calling it six drops (eight by ESPN) yesterday and that's a damned conservative estimate. 

And that first pick was no one getting open and then Robby didn't even contest the ball. He should have just thrown it to the sidelines, but damn, the receivers sure didn't do any hard work on coming back to him.

It was a bad, bad day for Sam, but too throw that whole pile of poo on his back isn't right.

problem is the staff got their expectations on the team way too high. that pressure falls on Sam Darnolds shoulders, which is a bit unfair.  He needs time to find his rhythm with this team just like anyone else.  Hes not getting a whole lot of help.  Oline, WR, OC have been as bout as terrible as it gets.  His only glimmer of hope, watches from IR.

Robby Anderson has been horrible.  

On the year, his collective receiving options have not been horrible.   Just one guy. 

but as noted this offseason, Sam has always had a poor rate of success when throwing at Robby.  Dates back to NY.  It has never been a good connection (despite what the rare deep ball highlight might suggest).

Yep, I'm still not giving up on Sam yet.  Our WRs were complete arse yesterday.  Hell, they made Ian Thomas look good!  Blocking was horrible per normal and while Chuba is a decent reserve back he's not a RB1.  Dude has nothing to work with here.  Our strength was supposed to be our weapons around Darnold.  CMC is out for a total of 6 weeks and our WR1 an WR2 couldn't get open nor could catch a cold at the north pole in the dead of winter going skinny dipping.

Moore has had the dropsies as well.  I think they need to spreading the ball around to some of the other guys. Shi Smith is fast.  dont get me started on that end around to the TE.  Huge face palm.
