Someone please help Brian Burns

Brian Burns. The destroyer of tackles. The conqueror of double teams. The... King of missing. He is my favorite player on Defense but my god he misses so frequently. He should have 10 sacks right now at least on the season. 

How do you beat the fugg out of the tackle and miss the fragile little QB? This happened a lot last year too. This isn't new

I was thinking the analytics were telling a story that my eyes weren't seeing. He's definitely talented and above average, but it's beginning to look like those analytical insights don't tell the full picture.

He doesn't run through the QB, plain and simple.

We need more inside pressure for him to be most effective. He lines up so wide that when he beats his man if the QB steps up he's out the play. No coincidence that spin move inside is so effective. 

I will say that last miss was an example of horrible tackling.

He's 23, he will be fine, if we had already paid him a ton of money I would be worried, but i am not right now. He is due to have a huge game soon and we saw last year all he needs is one great game to get on a roll.

He’s also horrible against the run…cook ran at him all day

Im not willing to go that far yet. But seriously, it isn't a stretch to say he should have 10 sacks right now. He's good for a miss or 2 per game lol

The staff needs to tell him it's okay if he gets an occasional roughing call. It looks to me like he's afraid to hit the QB wary of drawing a flag. Hell, I don't know.

Just want to remind yall besides Brian's 3 untouched sacks in the first 3 weeks he has pretty much missed every one since then. He might have gotten 1 more I forgot. But missed probably 5 more
