Doing things differently than those before is honorable only as long as it works, and this “let’s hire mid major college coaches and an OC younger than our long snapper” experiment is a failure. The longer we hold out hope, the larger and more destructive the failure will be.

He gave him all of the secrets to be a successful coach in the NFL 3 decades ago and it shows. It’s not 1990 anymore.
