Edit: looks like he filed a grievance about pay discrimination and is accusing the league of blackballing him. I mean, who doesn't want to sign a 30+ player who tore both Achilles and hasn't played since 2016 and productive since 2014?

This is not regarding college. He’s saying that Rhule verbally offered him a roster spot with the Panthers and then ghosted him, at the behest of the NFL. He’s accusing McVey, Gruden, and other coaches of exactly the same thing. Check his Twitter feed. He’s big mad. If he was so great, then why didn’t the Saints just keep him?

I think he's claiming Rhule called him about being signed in Carolina after he became HC and then just ceased contact because of a blackballing conspiracy.

He accused the saints of paying him less than a white player of the same caliber.  Then went after the nfl claiming a pay disparity among black players.

I could see Galette hitting up Rhule when he got the Panthers job, pleading for a chance, hoping to get a The Golden Calf of Bristol-Meyer like pity tryout at minimum. Rhule not wanting to awkwardly shut down a guy who he had good memories with, says something along the lines "I'd love to have more guys with your work ethic on the team. I'll talk to the front office and see if we can arrange for a try out at least." Then like you would a bad date who says "Hope we can do this again" and politely nod before never texting again, Rhule doesn't follow up and focuses on building his actual team.
