Weird stat about the Jets

I actually feel bad for Wilson, not gonna lie. Jets did him a HUGE disservice thrusting him into THAT situation instead of letting him sit behind a vet QB for a bit. They might have already ruined the kid in only 3 games.

Wilson, Fields, Lance(who mostly is sitting). The smart franchises always seem to do it...

First, the injury thing I don't  buy.  This is the NFL, and Jets are not gonna risk their franchise by playing their crown jewel injured.  Second, other teams have tape on Wilson, you don't  think planning for him becomes much easier with some tape?

Have you met the Jets?  Poor decision making is kinda what they do.  Like . . . since . . . Namath.  I also watched that game against us.  I would be genuinely SHOCKED if Wilson hadn't come out of that game hurt.  Frankly, I'm borderline shocked he managed to finish it.

Wilson may or may not turn into an NFL QB.  But I won't ever question his toughness.  That dude took a beating.  It's still early, but my best guess for Wilson is trending toward David Carr.  Unfortunately.

What I'm seeing with  Wilson is the same crap I saw with Sam.

Except that Sam managed to win his first ever Game unlike Zach.

I wonder what team he'll end up being traded to after 3 years?

I feel the same about Lawrence.  Don't care if he is the number one pick, better to let the guy with the mustache start, and work Lawrence in slowly.

That's the smart thing to do. But coaches are pressured to win now. Most of them don't have a clue how develop these kids or even care to.

You see them cling to older vets as long as they can or they throw kids out there before they are ready hope for the best.

This is Jacksonville we are talking about here, Lawrence is screwed.
