Thanks. We made it for the most part. The only thing prefab is the mask. We found it at spirit Halloween. 

The hands are wire and scotch tape with paint and sealer.

No I just winged it. 

 

Hands - Wire and scotch tape with paint and an acrylic sealer for when it rains. 

Arms and Shoulders - Two pool noodles 

Cloak - 4 black shower curtains from the Dollar store (yes they have 1 dollar shower curtains), and this fabric from amazon

I downloaded the font and printed it out, traced, painted. Was a pain in the butt but I think it's worth keeping.
