Although Hoover has been a great asset to this team and I don't think he deserves a statue. Like stated, there have been plenty of Elite Panthers that would deserve it just as much. I say if you are gonna put a statue of somebody out there, do it for the lulz and have a mold made of Jake Delhomme and John Fox hugging each other. :D
