Not necessarily. It may just change the narrative around the Cowboys to "are they just a middling team?"  Then it's just one middling team beating another.  Not really anymore respect than what we are seeing now.

We should just stop hoping the Media gives us any respect and just focus on the Panthers winning games.

This here is the truth.  When we win consistently, playoff contender yearly, the media will rank us higher consistently and have more respect.
