Weed will be shortly. And I think its an argument in and of itself that the number one reason people have reservations about it is that its is illegal. If thats the only issue people have with it that alone should be reason to have it legal.

Isn't it already legal in Breckenridge Colorado? Something like law enforcement can't arrest small time weed smokers now....correct me if I'm wrong.

Its not legal they have just made it there Law Enforcements least important crime. In other words they don't waste there time arresting or even confiscating it as long it is small procession. Thats how it should be everywhere.
