Its been proven that weed affects your short term memory, thus affecting your ability to learn, thus the name dope. you will never be at the top of your game toking, believe me i tried to justify it. :D

BS, its all upon the person, I know people who graduted with 3.8s and are in Grad school that still toke on a regular basis ( not everyday, but a few times a week for sure ). Anyways I guess this is a topic for another area of this message board not here.
