X-Factor in Thursday's game isn't Double Trouble.

It's Jake Delhomme. The Miami Dolphins have the 27th ranked passing Defense. They are strong against the run, and I think that the Panthers will be ready for Jake to step up. Don't think that they want us to run? Just listen to it right from the horse's mouth

Jake will surprise people in the bright lights Thursday Night in Charlotte.

Hasn't everyone tried to stop us running? If they do load the box they will have to single up on our receivers which gives us the advantage with Moose, Smith and our tight ends. I wouldn't be surprised if we go to 3 receiver sets and 2 receiver/2TE sets and throw or run depending on where the safety is playing. Alot like we did against Atlanta.

Jake ain't gonna surprise anyone. You give Jake a lot of reps...and he is gonna give the game away more times than not. That simple.

I would think you have to be surprised that he has done well lately. After all the negative things you have said, I would expect that you are pretty disappointed he has done better and Moore isn't in there.

Oh that's right no matter how he plays, it won't be good and only the prelude to the next disaster. I hope you have to wait for awhile. But then I root for the Panthers no matter who is playing.

    • What's wrong with what he wants to do? Going to the wrong organization can ruin your career. Many of you would do the same if you could dor your son's.
    • I think they should just end the drama and tell him he's playing for his next team. Full stop. This week to week "do they, don't they", "will they, won't they" stuff is crazy.  Maybe Shanahan will trade one of their 3rds for him rather than pay Purdy the big dollars--he's certainly on the list of coaches I think would say, "They're just not using him right". Plus Lynch already knows the Panthers' price list. Bryce can head back home to California and Carolina can continue its neverending quest to replace Cam.
