If you ever think drafting an Alabama OLman is a good idea, you're wrong. They are at the top of their game in college and never get better as a pro. I simply never buy the hype. Alabama puts out a lot of NFL caliber WR, RB and DB, but I can't remember when they put out a good OLman.

LT definitely higher value but Horn was the safer pick in our position. We have to draft a tackle in the first round of 2022 draft

Although I agree with your first statement, I don't with your second... All things completely equal I think LT is more valuable.  But I don't like to look at picks as Horn vs Slater (or Fields etc)... Horn filled a huge need, and if he works out, good. CB is still a critical position.

Its a passing league. You need 4 good CBs these days or you get abused. You can scheme around a LT - as evidenced by the Panthers the last two years.
