so my question for John Fox is...

They do not change the tone to let the other team back in it...they may change the game plan at times or the play calling, but I can almost be 100% that no team ever changes their calls to let their opponents come back.

More likely it is adjustments being made that are not working, which it makes it look like we are giving up. When in reality it is something else.

bet foxy was getting nervous the way jake was getting squirrely with the ball towards the end of the first half... made the adjustment to pull back on the passing game at the opening of the third...

Threads like these drive me nuts. We've been teams pretty soundly. There's no reason to keep padding the score once we've made the other team quit (Denver, Chiefs). This isn't college football where you have to beat a team 80-3 to move up in the BCS rankings.

Sunday Nights game wasn't like the Denver or Chiefs game, and all of you know you want John to easy up on the conservativeness.......a thread like this drives you nuts well threads blaming evrybody but the head coach for a loss makes me go bonkers. John Fox lost the game for us........Better yet JOHN FOX's conservativeness lost it.........................at the same time it is that that has got us back in the playoffs and at the end of typing this I'm fully vented about the loss and can move on thank you drunkard

??

We beat Atl 24-7

KC 34-0

NO 30-7

TB 38-23

Den 30-10

This thread is moronic, this is the most blowout wins we have ever had as an organization.

But don't you see...because we tried to run the ball late in that Giants game, Fox obviously "played not to lose" even though he did the exact same thing against the Bucs, when the Panthers kicked ass and he was the "coach of the week".

The moral of this story? Perception does not always equal reality.

Right on point Fox does not play to win, he plays to not lose.

People here are delusional and some how think every game should be a 30 point win. They also see a few different teams winning big each week and somehow get the conecption that the majority of teams in the league blow out their opponents every week. It seems as though the Giants, Colts, Pitt, and Tenn never lost or had more then a few less then 20 point games this season.

Could have fooled me.

Hey with a team that is capable of putting up 30 easily, why not expect it?
