i do not hate on this thought. i think the key to wlb is speed. i believe beason is the fastest lb on the roster. i also think he is the most athletic. i think landon johnson's pedestrian speed is a detriment to the d. so from the school of thought that says put your fastest lb on the weak side it makes sense. the issue in my opinion is we do not have another lb on the roster that has the range beason does in the middle. connor i think could play the middle and still put up 7-8 tackles a game, but you lose production from the middle but i don't think you would gain enough from the will spot with beason there to negate the loss in the middle. i like seeing dante wesly playing the joker spot and would rather see someone with upside and speed like him in the will than moving beason out and plugging connor in. but this far into the season you would never put a safety (size) into the will spot nor would i put someone with no experience in the will there. the only reason i think that a safety could is in the tampa 2 the will should not have to shed blocks when getting to the ball. he should have more free space to run and tackle. in principal i like the original thought of connor moving in and beason out but i think the lack of production from connor in the middle would negate any benefit of beason outside.

for all the people who made madden references and just said the idea was stupid i say give us your reason why it is so bad instead of trying to act all cool and telling the original poster he is dumb. how about some actual thought and less post padding.
