For what it's worth... (playoff record)

Prior to this season, every time the Panthers have been in the playoffs, they have made it at least as far as the NFC Championship.

Our profile seems to be either we make it to the Championship or we don't get in the playoffs at all.

Will that be true this year? I suppose we'll see.

Interesting tidbit though.

(if that's been discussed before, I didn't see it)

If we win Sunday, then my guess is we'll make a good run and meet the Giants again in the NFC championship. Fox does a great job in the playoffs, and you could almost say he gets his teams to overachieve. So I'd be more likely to see we'd win the next match against the Giants. But if we don't win on Sunday, then I don't know, I'd be surprised if we could even get pass the Falcons. The team would probably have lost its spirit by then.

Good post. We really need that bye and a home play off game. Otherwise, we will have play 5 straight, and win 3 out of 5 road games to get to the Super Bowl, counting the last two regular season games.

We have done it all three ways too.

The first time we had the bye

The second time we hosted a wildcard game

Last time we played on the road throughout

I think we can easily make it to the NFC championship. If we lose we play the Cards. who have been playing like poo and are struggling stopping anything. Then we will have to travel to Meadowlands again to play the Giants. Hopefully they are having a lay over lol..Then its either to Hotlanta or Dallas to play for a super bowl birth.

Im looking at the current playoff picture on NFL.com and have us losing for those who think we will lose (NOT ME).

IF we Win well then New York here will come again baby.
