Thoughts on Hornets 2022 Rotation?

1.) LaMelo, Ish

2.) Terry, Bouknight

3.) Miles, Oubre

4.) Hayward, PJ, Vernon

5.) Plumlee, Kai, Richards

Are we THAT loaded at the 3 (Hayward, Miles, Oubre) and that lacking at the 4 (just PJ)?  Seems like a move needs to be made.

This mostly but swap PJ and Kai, and Thor could beat out Richards and/or Carey. Kai as a 5 is a pipe dream for now. They'll ease him into it slowly and I expect another year of PJ playing it a lot.

PG - Ball - Smith

SF - Hayward - Oubre
PF - Miles - PJ - McD
C - Plumlee - PJ - Kai

If this is truly the case, they need to trade PJ Washington now and get something of value for him.  Can’t see him getting re-signed if he can’t push for a starting position.

I mean I wouldn't count on Heyward ever playing a ton of games, so that is probably in the back of their minds.

Can't move him because he's our sole depth at PF/C now lol. 

It's a tricky situation for him. Ideally Kai will move to center eventually so PJ can take the reins from Heyward. I don't see him getting much better as long as he has to split time between two positions.
