Game Day Menu

What are we eating for the game tonight, other than Raven?  (also, if you google spit roasted raven, you will probably not get the images you thought you would).  

In the Captain's Galley it will be mojo criollo salmon with sauteed squash and zucchini with wild rice, a fairly healthy but still delicious turn for my game day menu.

 

 

of course there will be beer, and there will be scotch.
