Isn’t that the guy on your practice team? The #2 needs backup reps for the actual game plan because they are a quick injury away from getting in the game.

Then you put him on the practice squad.

The idea of keeping a guy as the backup for practice purposes is one of the flat out dumbest takes ever posted on here.

I was thinking that but I didn’t want to say it. I always thought that was a practice squads job.
